Stella Peris Wamuyu is a public health advocate dedicated to women’s empowerment, disaster response, and environmental sustainability. Stella co-founded the Jani Initiative, a tree planting initiative which has planted over 1,000 trees, fostering environmental conservation. As a Kenya Red Cross volunteer, she has supported flood-displaced communities, distributing essentials, including sanitary pads, to women. She has also led women’s empowerment initiatives focused on gender-based violence awareness and survivor support. Committed to health education, she has taught reproductive health and menstrual hygiene in primary schools. Her work integrates public health, gender equity, and sustainability to create lasting community impact.
