Veronica Ngum Ndi is a community and women’s and disability rights activist and advocate from Cameroon. She is the chief executive officer of the Community Association for Vulnerable Persons (CAVP). Veronica has received multiple awards for her advocacy, including being recognized as best disability advocate for women in the National Media Award for Excellence 2021 by World Echo Media Group and Kiki News and Disability Forum. She is a member of the CARE Women’s Action for Better Advocacy (WABA). Veronica has a long history of being active in local, national, and international humanitarian and community work. In her work, she focuses on women’s rights, sexual and reproductive health rights and preventing and mitigating gender-based violence for women and girls with disabilities. Additionally, Veronica works on promoting economic empowerment, people living with HIV AIDS and education.
