Thana’a Al Khasawneh is an entrepreneurial leader in the private and non-profit sectors in Jordan. She is known for her expertise in building and restructuring companies. She is currently the executive director of the Business & Professional Women Association, which advocates for gender equality and women’s inclusion in the workforce. Thana’a worked as a fundraiser and development director at Mowgli Mentoring MENA. In her seven years with the foundation, she helped it grow significantly throughout the region. Thana’a has held various management and marketing positions at the Sultan Center Food Product Company, KSC-SAFEWAY, and the Egyptian Arab Land Bank. From 2021-2023 she was a spokesperson of the Action Network on Forced Displacement.
